YG10X Plastic Film Carbide Slitter Blades For BOPP Adhesive Paper Gummed Tapes
Tape slitting blades are mainly used on tape cutting machines to cut tapes include: BOPP tape, electrical tape, cloth tape, double-sided tape, and other special tapes.
Three ways of tapes slitting&converting:
1. Razor-cut slitting employs single razor blades positioned at stationary intervals across the machine. The material is pulled through the stationary blades, making precise, clean cuts. Razor slitting is best suited for films and thinner materials of consistent thickness.
2. Score slitting uses circular knives pressed against a steel cylinder or mandrel. The material is then pulled through, passing between the knives and the mandrel. Score cutting is more appropriate for materials of inconsistent thickness.
3. Shear Slitting uses two rotary knives that function in the same way as a pair of scissors. The material is cut at the junction of the two sharp edges and is ideal for paper, foil, and heavier gauge materials.

Fine porosity would be remained in Powder metallurgy of processing for Tungsten Carbide, which will be the beginning of destroy of products.
To remove this fine porosity, we PASSION produce products through HIP Process.
This process is progressed under the high temperature and pressure, and put the identical pressure on whole surface of product.
At this time, a fine porosity would be removed, and effected on improving high strength.
In order to supply good blades to customers, we will check all products to see if there were any nicks.
