Product introduction
The slitfter blade 200x122x1.2MM is used for corrugated paper cutting. The slitter knife is made from tungsten carbide materials. To insure quality, we use original 100% solid carbide materials.
we have our own blank blade factory, we do vacuum sintering in our own factory. With this reason, we insure the quality from the beginning.
Compared with normal metals(Stainless Steel, HSS, Carbon Steel)blades. Our carbide blade have longer working life, anti-high temperature, higher wear-off, more sharpness, high precision, higher hardness, anti-rust, more thin.
We are final manufacturer and this blade is our standard dimension. We have ready stock of this blade always. So you can get the quantity as you wish and get competitive price too. Because of we are manufacturer, we can provide better cutting solutions to customer and offer customers OEM and ODM service.
This blade is not only for cutting corrugated papers. It can be used for carton cutting, cardboard slitting, paper converting, textile cutting, fiber and rubber slitting.
Technology
We use the best quality tungsten carbide raw materials, after vacuum sintering furnace to form blank, and then through surface processing, hole, groove processing, cutting edge processing and other precision processing to form high-quality tungsten carbide blade. Each step is carefully checked before moving on to the next step. Before the blade leaves the factory, we will check again and package the blade in the best and safest way.
