And this series also includes wires cutting blade, lithium battery blade and high precision circular blade. The diameter tolerance can be controlled within 0.01mm, thickness tolerance within 0.001mm. If you can not find same blade as you need, please send the drawings or dimensions to our service for quicker answer.We have 4 important steps in the production processing.The first important step is excellent selection,all products are made of high-quality tungsten carbide or high speed steel manufacturing to meet the various needs of customers begging.The second important step is elaborate, manufactured using a grinder heat treatment process to make the cutting edge sharp and easy to use.The third important step is vacuum hardening,we use vacuum quenching process,plus strong tool,hardness,toughness and sturdiness.The last important step is quality inspection,all the products that leave the factory have been strictly tested by us,we will test it in every step.
